Package has been delivered....

I had planned to write about the progress of my manuscript....I thought-would it not be fun to blog about its travels....USPS has a lovely way of letting you know exactly where your item is....so I log onto their site and guess what I see ?!?!....Your item was delivered at 1:01 PM on July 22, 2009 in NEW YORK, NY 10011....so I guess I can't write all the boring details of where it is sitting minute by minute....HEY !!!! My manuscript has made it into the office of PETER MILLER !!!!!! This is sooooo cool....now I must calm myself....he still has to read it....so now I sit and wait....now in regards to my delivery confirmation....I always send my work out using this method....I do not use signature required because that seems to self centered however I have manuscripts which I mailed out in 2004 which still have not reached their destination....if not for delivery confirmation I would be thinking the recipient was not interested instead of still waiting....

OK....so we all know I have queried every agent in the free world....now what....I was asked by an agent if I had queried any editors....????....editors ????....why would I query editors....immediately my guard went up....my work has been edited....four times as of this posting....each time I was amazed by what was found....no ones eyes are perfect....but actually querying an editor was never anything I thought about....I still question why I would do this....how about actual publishers....should this be on the list as well????....onward
